Our program is based on Samma Karuna’s yoga expertise, which was awarded as the Best Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand for the last 3 years in a row by YogaTcc.info. You will receive an advanced 200-hour training which stands out from the regular YTT courses that mainly focus on the physical aspect of yoga.
At Sunset Yoga, we believe yoga is much more than that. This is why our course focuses on the meditative and self-exploration aspects of yoga, rather than creating a cult to the body or being just a fitness training. Unlike other YTTCs, we include active meditations, breathwork, Tantric and Taoist techniques.

Thanks to the support of Samma Karuna, our Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand offers you a place to keep growing, improve your teaching skills, and work on yourself, right after you finish the course.
A 30-day free internship is included as part of your training course for those graduates interested in taking a further step in the development of their teaching skills.

Application Requirements
As part of your course enrollment process, you will need to fill out an application form so we can know more about you, your motivation, previous yoga experience, and general health conditions.
Our 4-week teacher training program in Thailand can be emotionally and physically intense. In order to complete our program, you must make sure you are committed to learning, working hard, and having self-discipline.
Our classes are in English, so you must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. You should be comfortable working individually, in teams, and in pair with another student.
Whether you plan to teach or join our program for your personal development, we ask for your full dedication and commitment. On our side, we are committed to giving you the best possible experience and we always strive for the highest levels of integrity, quality, and professionalism.
After you pay your initial deposit online we will send you a questionnaire and process your application. In the event that you are not admitted to our program, you will receive a full refund.
